The African Stockbrokers and Securities Dealers Association (ASSDA) was officially formed on the 26th on November 2019, in Kasane Botswana when six African stockbroking associations signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing the Association. The MOU was a culmination of discussions between the national associations engaged in stockbroking and securities dealing from the founding member countries of Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) countr [...]

The African Stockbrokers and Securities Dealers Association (ASSDA) connects, promotes, and strengthens capital markets across Africa by uniting stockbrokers and securities dealers from diverse jurisdictions. Through collaboration, data sharing, and advocacy, ASSDA enhances transparency, innovation, and cross-border investment opportunities to drive inclusive growth across the continent.
